**About the role**
Reporting to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for advising, supporting and coaching our frontline leaders through the preparation requirements for the DMIRS law exam. Providing first hand advice regarding study preparation, exams structure and process as well as tracking exam bookings, attendance and results are all critical elements to this role.
- Liase with key stakeholder to ensure that required personnel are booked into the the appropriate leadership modules
- Address all frontline leaders that attend the WHS leader course to promote the process and support available to them.
- Identify personnel that may require additional support in preparation for the exam and reach out with solutions.
- Create open lines of communications for frontline leaders regarding DMIRS Law exam preparation.
- Report on training course attendance and Exam results to key stakeholders
- Develop additional support mechnisms for personnel to access to assist in preparation for the Exam
**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Successfully completed DMIRS Law Exam is essential for this role
- In depth understanding of the WHS Act and Regulation (Mines) is essential to the role
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - desirable
- Demonstrated exam preparation background eg. Tertiary examinations
