We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our Energy division for a Training Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Victoria Park Headquarters, where you will be an integral part of our Personnel Logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with site representatives and the recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding and mobilization experience for new employees.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, training sessions, and inductions to guarantee compliance prior to mobilization.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and correspondence.
  • Utilize reporting tools to effectively manage compliance.
  • Oversee Training Needs Analysis and compliance audits for the division as necessary.
  • Assist with payroll inquiries and leave requests.
