Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Administrator to join our Personnel Logistics team in our Victoria Park Headquarters. This is a full-time permanent role that requires a high level of organization, excellent administration skills, and the ability to prioritize workload and produce work of a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with site representatives and recruitment team to offer a seamless on-boarding and mobilisation process to our employees.
  • Organising flights, accommodation, training, and inductions to ensure all candidates are compliant prior to mobilisation.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence
  • Reporting to effectively manage compliance.
  • Monitoring Training Needs Analysis and Compliance audits for Division as required.
  • Assisting with payroll queries and leave requests.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a high volume admin environment
  • Resources experience is desirable but not essential as we encourage applicants from all industries
  • Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation
  • The ability to prioritize workload and produce work of a high standard
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
