About BaptistCare Shalom Centre

Shalom Centre aged care home offers quality care in a shared-accommodation setting that is accessible to everyone. All rooms are fitted with en-suite bathrooms and feature large windows that bring in plenty of natural light and overlook tranquil gardens.

About BaptistCare Cooinda Court

Located just a short stroll from local shops and transport, Cooinda Court features peaceful retreat areas, barbecue facilities, and a recently renovated dining room serving freshly cooked, homely meals. The library, piano and sewing rooms also provide cosy settings in which to sit and relax, by yourself, with friends, or with your family.

About BaptistCare Dorothy Henderson Lodge

The Lodge provides 66 single rooms for residents, and 14 secure rooms for those who need higher level of dementia support. All of our rooms have en-suites, large built-in wardrobes, and easy access to communal areas.

About the role

Reporting to the Residential Managers
- working across our 3 residential sites in Macquarie Park, you will provide training and support to our care workers to promote team spirit and inspire continual improvement.
With a strong understanding of quality care, you will develop and deliver best practice clinical care education consistent with BaptistCare policy.

**_ This position is a permanent part time role, working days will fall between Monday to Friday 830am to 430pm._**
**_The pay on offer is $34.74- $36.95 (depending on your hours worked as a Cert IV Carer or EN)_**

About You
- Hold or willing to complete a Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent (essential) and
- Hold a Certificate IV in Aged Care OR Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse)
- Have highly developed relationship building, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Have knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and experience delivering learning outcomes under the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
