Emerging Leader Development Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Emerging Leader Development Coordinator. This role will be responsible for fostering relationships with churches, providing training, and offering ongoing support to emerging leaders through Project 11.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with churches to promote and support Project 11 registrations.
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs for P11 mentors, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively coach and guide emerging leaders.
  • Provide regular coaching and support to P11 mentors, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Engage with P11 participants, building trust and rapport through visits and online interactions.
  • Collaborate with the QB Generations Team on monthly meetings and projects, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Additional Duties:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage past and present P11 cohorts in relevant events and activities.
  • Attend QB Operations Meetings and Staff Gatherings, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the QB Training Coordinator, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
  • Pursue other projects and initiatives as required, utilizing your expertise and creativity to drive positive change.
