Leadership Role in Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team in a permanent full-time role. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive the highest possible care.

The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for supporting them in the overall leadership and management of the Home.

A typical day as a leader may involve:

  • Partnering with the team to deliver high-quality care and services across a 24/7 basis
  • SUPPORTING THE GENERAL MANAGER TO DELIVER OPTIMAL RESULTS
  • Leading and developing a skilled, cohesive team
  • Identifying and managing risk, ensuring compliance with legislated requirements

About you:

As a collaborative, strategic and senior member of the Operations team, you will have:

- Passion for working in the care sector
- Commercial acumen, within a services environment
- Proven hands-on approach with a focus on customer service and leadership
- Demonstrated capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team
- Proven track record in financial, human and asset management
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
