As a leading luxury hotel brand, we are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Expert to deliver outstanding experiences that exceed guest expectations.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring that our Gold Standards are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Front Office team with general operational tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Develop expertise on the luxury hotel and surrounding area to provide tailored recommendations and exceed guest expectations.
  • Manage the telephone switchboard and respond to all guest enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests while providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
About You:
  • You will have experience with OPERA property management system or similar software.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is essential, along with working rights in Australia.
