Game Development Coordinator

This is an outstanding opportunity to deliver quality footy program experiences.

  • You will lead the participation strategy and deliver growth throughout various programs.
  • Provide administration support, including communication and program delivery as required.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Leagues, Clubs, Schools, and Local Government.

You will also collaborate with Community Program Leaders on specific focus areas, including women & girls, multicultural, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and disability initiatives.

Significant travel across the region will be required, with opportunities to reside in the zone and work with schools and clubs to deliver quality footy experiences.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for junior sport participation and a willingness to grow relevant skills.
  • The ability to foster strong relationships with schools and clubs.
  • An understanding of Australian Rules football and its various levels.
  • Experience working with volunteers in a club sporting environment.
  • Coaching and/or teaching experience.
  • The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
