**Service Delivery Manager**

The Service Delivery Manager - Operations and Maintenance ("O&M") is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of services to the client by managing the operations and maintenance functions of the Service Stream Water Project.

You will lead the service delivery team and work in coordination with other key personnel to ensure that proactive action is taken to ensure the project remains on track. This will involve, you overseeing the day-to-day activities of the service delivery team, the efficient management of resources, mitigation of risks, and achieving high customer satisfaction.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of water industry infrastructure is desirable
- Problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- High level of business project management and contractual management
- Experience in risk-based maintenance and reliability-centered techniques.
- Interpersonal skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Valid Driver's License
