The Job Description

As Aquatic Programs Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and program success. You will lead a team to implement and promote our aquatic programs, adhering to established standards.

Responsibilities
  • Implement effective processes for the success of our aquatic programs
  • Develop strategies to enhance program engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to investigate incidents and ensure a safe environment
  • Maintain set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including financial performance and school retention
About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess a genuine passion for swimming and student progression. Strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service excellence, and the ability to effectively interact with students from diverse backgrounds are essential.

  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current Swim Teaching Certificate
