About this role

  • Reporting to the Program Director, you will undertake and lead all elements of delivery related to BEN+ activities.

This includes assisting Change Managers in completing detailed impact assessments, change canvases, and implementation plans (including stakeholder engagement, communication and learning). You will also develop implementation collateral, communications, and learning modules, as well as manage the implementation of changes to impacted teams/roles.

You will engage with Enterprise leaders, understand their business, identify barriers to delivery, and develop a detailed approach to address the needs of our people and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and management of program delivery approach and plan to ensure people and customer impacts are understood and considered.
  • Develop and continuously enhance frameworks for business implementation.
  • Manage execution of implementation plans and prioritize implementation projects to support strategy.
  • Build close working relationships with key project stakeholders.

About You:

  • Solid understanding of implementation frameworks and techniques.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Agile practices and principles.
