  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team dynamic.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage the In Room Dining service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as data entry and reporting, as required.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage service standards, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
