  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, embodying the art of French hospitality and the "Passion for Excellence".
  • Perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards, ensuring consistency across all outlets.
  • Support the training and development of all ambassadors, maintaining a detailed training log and providing constructive feedback.
  • Monitor and respond to guest comments, requests, and complaints, informing the Supervisor and Assistant Manager of all matters.
  • Maintain storerooms to ensure tidiness and adequate inventories, adhering to departmental procedures.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a professional appearance and attitude towards guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with all operations concerning the Food and Beverage department, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Professional appearance and attitude, representing the Sofitel brand at all times.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Current RSA certificate, ensuring compliance with liquor laws and regulations.
