Job Title: In Room Dining Supervisor

W Hotels is seeking a highly skilled In Room Dining Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of restaurant-quality food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and display hands-on leadership skills
  • Organize and prioritize daily operations to ensure efficient room service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure excellent service and quality
  • Collaborate with culinary staff to meet and anticipate guest needs
  • Complete scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies
  • Champion brand standards to ensure consistency and luxury service
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships and identify training needs
