**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dining Room Attendant to join our team at The Cut, a premium steakhouse and bar in The Rocks.

As a Dining Room Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving dishes, and clearing tables.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a premium or hatted restaurant setting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including Friday and Saturday dinner services.
  • Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
