Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our In Room Dining and Minibar team at Sofitel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and controlling the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring that it is set to the required standard and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and control the day-to-day operation of In Room Dining and Minibar, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Assistant Outlet Manager in maintaining the outlet's standards and implementing Sofitel Brand Standards.
  • Train and develop all ambassadors, maintaining a detailed training log and following up on guest comments, requests, and complaints.
  • Maintain storerooms to ensure tidiness and adequate inventories.
  • Lead by example in regards to departmental grooming and attitude towards the customer.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years experience within a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Hold a current RSA certificate.
