Job Summary
">Solve complex IT problems and provide exceptional customer support as a Field Engineer/Customer Engineer.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering desktop and server support across various platforms, including Windows and Linux. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.">">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide first and second-level IT support to internal and external stakeholders through various channels, including phone, email, and remote sessions.">
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software on laptops, desktops, monitors, and other devices.">
- Offer desk-side and remote support with a strong customer service mindset, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.">
- Manage Active Directory tasks, including user accounts and mailbox provisioning.">
- Perform hardware break/fix, upgrades, and diagnostics, as well as handle network fault diagnostics and root cause analysis.">
- Support physical and virtual environments, including VMs, servers, and desktops.">
- Execute complex software installations and troubleshoot application issues.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- 1+ year of experience in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles.">
- Proven experience in fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.">
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 7, Linux, and other OS platforms.">
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 and corporate IT environments.">
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange administration.">
- Ability to build and upgrade PCs with solid diagnostic skills.">
- Experience supporting both standalone and networked systems.">
