As a Customer Service Director at Myer Parramatta, you will be responsible for leading and managing day-to-day operations to drive financial performance. You will optimize productivity by leveraging workforce management, drive high-performance customer-focused service and selling culture through role modeling, communication, feedback, and recognition.
- Manage the daily activities of your team to achieve sales and meet KPIs.
- Maximize time spent on the selling floor to lead and manage the business, understand customers, coach, and support teams, and embed new initiatives and ways of operating.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a retail manager or similar.
- People leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve sales and meet KPIs.
- Experience in performance management will be highly regarded.
- Superior customer service and selling skills.
- Strong retail, financial, and business acumen.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently on prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package, including $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have access to great benefits, including career development opportunities, discounts, and more.
