The Role: Store Protection Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Loss team as a Store Protection Officer. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in reducing shrinkage by detecting and deterring theft, ensuring efficient and compliant loss prevention activities and supporting the Selling & Service Team Members in delivering service excellence.

  • Full-time Permanent positions (Business hours - 2 week ongoing roster)

  • Ongoing development, coaching and training to progress into Loss Prevention Covert Officers

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current Security License and First-aid Certificate, as well as experience relative to loss prevention, security and customer service. A Certificate II in Security Operations would also be advantageous. In addition, you should have strong numeracy skills with understanding of financials and experience with computer applications.
