This role offers the chance to lead our Customer Experience Transformation Plan, overseeing a major cross-organisational project designed to elevate customer experience across the City of Parramatta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction for the Customer Experience Transformation Plan, setting clear objectives and aligning internal stakeholders towards achieving successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the alignment of various workstreams and develop new workflows, metrics, and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • Develop comprehensive frameworks for project delivery, including governance structures, risk management strategies, and performance indicators.

We are seeking an accomplished leader with:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, communication, engagement, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of post-graduate experience in project management within a multi-disciplinary environment, including at least 5 years in customer experience or customer insights, preferably in a government or services environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and budgets.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, essential for engaging with diverse stakeholders and driving project success.
