About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team at the City of Parramatta.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our business units, ensuring seamless daily operations.

As a key member of our ICT team, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service, resolving technical issues, and promoting ICT change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and Resolve Incidents: Quickly identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver proactive, responsive, and courteous support to customers, exceeding their expectations.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Document and Report: Accurately record and report incidents, progress, and outcomes in our Service Desk portal.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong Technical Skills: Proven experience supporting large Windows environments, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Management console, SCCM, M365, and ITSM management tools.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and communicate insights to drive process improvements.
