The Opportunity
You will manage and grow a profitable customer portfolio across various industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with current and prospective customers in Metro Melbourne and strategic regional locations.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and major resigns.
- Drive sustainable approach to waste management in new areas.
- Proactively manage prospect and customer relationships through the sales cycle.
- Network between business units to ensure solutions are available to all large projects.
- Provide reporting on financial and sales performance.
About You
We are looking for a motivated professional who can build genuine working relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent B2B relationship skills with a proven track record of building and retaining existing business.
- Experience and understanding of the Technical Waste Industry would be highly regarded.
- Effective commercial acumen, solid negotiating and influencing skills.
- A collaborative communication style with an outstanding new business/sales track record.
- The ability to work autonomously, well organised, self-motivated, with outstanding presentation skills and highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
