Job Title: Industrial Solutions SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our Equipment Services team as an Industrial Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing tailored solutions for customers across various industrial sectors.To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent B2B relationship skills, with a proven track record of building and retaining existing business relationships. You will also require experience and understanding of the Technical Waste Industry, Bulk Liquids or Transport & Logistics, as well as effective commercial acumen and solid negotiating and influencing skills.You will be working closely with our sales team to develop and implement bespoke solutions using our range of part washers. This will involve managing and growing a profitable customer portfolio, with a focus on Automotive, Heavy Machinery and Engineering sectors.You will also be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of prospects and major resigns being negotiated, driving our sustainable approach to waste management in new areas to support growth initiatives, and proactively managing prospects and customer relationships through the sales cycle.In addition, you will network between Cleanaway business units to ensure solutions are available to all large projects and provide reporting on financial and sales performance.The ideal candidate will have a collaborative communication style, outstanding new business/sales track record, and the ability to work autonomously, well organised, self-motivated, with outstanding presentation skills and highly developed verbal and written communication skills.This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in either Dandenong or Campbellfield, offering a competitive salary package, flexible working arrangements, career opportunities in a high-growth Australian business, supportive and safe work environment, paid parental leave, and great company benefits.About Us:We transform waste into resources and renewable energy.
