This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a sales team, utilizing technical expertise to facilitate the solutioning process. As a key technical lead, you will partner with sales professionals throughout the solution discovery phase, working together to position innovative solutions using AvePoint products.

About The Position

Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting and demonstrating product offerings, facilitating solution discovery sessions, and guiding prospective customers through their evaluation and selection process. You will also be responsible for building customized environments tailored to customer requirements, participating in proposal development, and sharing information with internal teams about products and market trends.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Presents and demonstrates relevant product offerings to meet customer objectives
  • Facilitates solution discovery, overview, and deep dive sessions to identify customer needs
  • Communicates with prospective customers, assisting and guiding them through their evaluation and selection process
  • Builds customized environments as proof of concept during the sales lifecycle
  • Participates in proposal development in response to RFIs/RFPs
Key Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to become an authority on the features and benefits of our software and services solutions. This requires relevant work experience, understanding of M365 architecture, components, and configuration, and knowledge of server and cloud offerings across Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce platforms.
