Job Description

As a complex technical solutions provider, you will travel to customer sites across the Asia-Pacific region to deliver specialist installation and maintenance support.

Hands-on work involves performing routine maintenance, modifications, adjustments, commissioning, testing, and trouble-shooting on software control systems and equipment supporting gas turbines and compressors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform site operations and maintenance activities in alignment with technical requirements.
  • Act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
  • Interfacing across customers, engineering, and management teams to ensure all in-field activities are carried out safely.
  • Provide technical guidance to solve complex technical problems and collaborate with co-workers and customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Relevant training, qualifications, and experience on either control panels.
  • Successful experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault-finding of industrial gas turbines, auxiliary systems, and/or compressors.
  • Significant experience of troubleshooting, maintenance, start-up, and commissioning of pumps and auxiliary packages.
  • A powerful customer service-orientation mindset and ability to lead customers through tough decisions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, conveying technical concepts to customers.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations and be available at short notice.
