Job Summary:

The role of Senior Technical Solutions Specialist is critical in driving aftermarket sales initiatives and providing expert technical guidance to clients.

This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build enduring relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to understand their performance needs and propose tailored solutions, reviewing contracts and negotiating renewals.
  • Establish effective sales strategies by cross-selling products and services, providing after-sales support and mentoring internal teams on best practices.
  • Build opportunity pipelines using ERP systems, provide support to Rep Agents, Resellers, and Distributors, and lead technical presentations and demos.
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers through site visits and spare parts reviews, fueling revenue growth, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
Requirements:
  • Strong engineering background with technical fluency and experience in sales engineering or aftermarket roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience using SAGE or other ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with a self-motivated and customer-first mindset.
  • A keen eye for technical details and the ability to decipher complex drawings.
