Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Product Specialist Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing technical support and training to customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of product engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commission new equipment and ensure effective after-sales service delivery.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers and internal personnel.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between our organization and customers.
  • Travel frequently within Australia to visit customer sites and attend short-notice meetings.
Required Qualifications
  • Maintain high safety standards and demonstrate a collaborative approach to work.
  • Hold an Australian-recognised trade certificate.
  • Have expert-level knowledge of product engineering solutions and technical support experience.
  • Deliver technical and product training with ease.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Be willing to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules.
