
Healthcare Reception Specialist

About This Role:
The reception team plays a vital role as the first point of contact for the community.
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service in a professional and courteous manner.
You will be responsible for:
- Operating the main telephone system and taking accurate messages when required
- Screening clients for appropriate referrals and registering new clients
- Communicating accurate information to relevant staff and ensuring daily tasks are completed
- Managing appointments, including reminders and waitlists, and processing client fees
- Maintaining a tidy and professional front of house reception desk and waiting area
- Providing administrative support to program areas, including filing, photocopying and correspondence
- Coordinating petty cash requests and undertaking regular account reconciliations
About Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in reception work, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
