About the role
Temporary full time opportunity to provide efficient and effective client focused administrative support and facilitate service delivery to the specialist consultants, staff and patients accessing The Prince Charles Hospital.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Provide first point of call, reception and telephone response service for patients and/or relatives and ensure re-direction to the appropriate area for care by health professionals, using tact, diplomacy and discretion.
Provide a high standard of keyboard and word processing services.
Provide high standard of data integrity.
Perform duties such as searches, admissions, booking appointments and discharges, inpatient admissions including e PEF's for both public and intermediate patients on the Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS), ESM (OPD Bookings system) including the completion of associated paperwork as per District policy and departmental procedures.
