About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Planning Partner to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Integrated Planning Framework.

">

This pivotal role will involve acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and councillors, ensuring our corporate, operational and service planning practices are aligned, effective and future-focused.

">

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading strategic initiatives and possess high-level advisory skills and experience partnering with senior leaders.

">

They will also have expertise in developing and applying planning tools, templates and processes, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Lead and evolve Council's Integrated Planning Framework;">
  3. Coordinate corporate and operational planning cycles;">
  4. Develop planning tools, templates and guidance materials;">
  5. Drive the Organisational Excellence Strategy;">
  6. Support long-term strategic and service planning initiatives;">
  7. Build planning capability across the organisation;">
  8. Evaluate alignment with legislative requirements and community needs.">

About You

">

You are a collaborative and forward-thinking professional with demonstrated experience in corporate, strategic or operational planning.

">

Qualifications in business, public administration, planning, policy or a related field are essential.
