Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic advice and expertise to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

  • Overseeing and improving systems and resources
  • Coordinating daily tasks, managing workloads, and fostering teamwork
  • Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and procedures related to operations
  • Managing procurement activities and financial administration
  • Marketing and promoting services, ensuring programs align with organizational needs and current trends

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain, and operate relevant systems and resources
  2. Coordinate general day-to-day tasks, monitor workloads, promote teamwork, skill development, and a sense of pride in the organization
  3. Prepare and maintain procurement activities, including overseeing budget administration
  4. Market and promote services, coordinating programs that are responsive to organizational requirements and current trends

Requirements:

  • Relevant contemporary skills and experience in administrative support and management
  • Ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulations, and procedures related to operations
  • Experience in managing procurement activities and financial administration
  • Strong marketing and promotional skills to ensure programs align with organizational needs and current trends

Eligibility:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
