We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to our team's success as a Product Strategist.
A seasoned customer product expert is required to help launch and grow a new function dedicated to optimizing the value of our marketing automation and loyalty platforms.
This opportunity involves refining and evolving existing customer technology stacks. You'll bring product ownership expertise and technical platform know-how, working alongside a business analyst and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and meaningful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:- Owning and managing the product backlog across marketing automation, loyalty, and future customer-facing platforms.
- Using performance data to continuously refine workflows, campaigns, and customer experiences.
- Translating business needs into user stories in collaboration with a business analyst, ensuring effective prioritization.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, analytics, and external vendors to enhance and deliver product capabilities.
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to optimize and scale existing platforms, focusing on value over replacement.
- Leading the rollout of new loyalty features that align with evolving customer expectations and business strategies.
- Crafting and communicating compelling product visions to stakeholders.
- Experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role, ideally within marketing automation, loyalty platforms, or customer data environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with loyalty platforms (e.g., Antavo) to design and optimize loyalty programs.
- Demonstrated success in identity resolution initiatives and managing customer identity across channels.
- Strong experience working with data science and analytics teams to incorporate models and insights into automation and loyalty strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other Product Owners.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
