Job Title: Workforce Optimization Specialist

Job Description:

As a Workforce Optimization Specialist, you will play a key role in creating an optimized workforce through the utilization and configuration of scheduling solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting data, as well as proposing and driving system enhancements to meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and test solution changes to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and enhance functionality to improve user experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain system performance and integrity through regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with scheduling and workforce management systems, including Reflexis/Zebra, Kronos, or Workday.
  • Ability to configure and customize scheduling software to meet specific business needs.
  • Skill in managing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to scheduling.
  • Ability to extract insights from scheduling data via analytics and reporting.
