Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant

Salary$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
Job DescriptionAs a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant at Kinnect, you will play a key role in facilitating the return to work of injured workers through a client-centered approach. Your responsibilities will include assessing injured workers, delivering workplace rehabilitation services, and educating employers on injury prevention.
Duties:- Assessing injured workers to determine the best strategies for their return to work
- Delivering workplace rehabilitation services that promote optimal health and well-being
- Visiting workplaces to understand the challenges injured workers may face and educating employers on injury prevention
- Providing clinical opinions and justifications through detailed report writing
- Case managing complex injuries and coordinating with treating doctors and health professionals
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or rehabilitation counseling, and registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA. Experience working within ACC (NZ accident compensation scheme) is highly desirable.
