About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As a key member of our NDIS division, you will play a critical role in providing clinical support and operational guidance to our team of Speech Pathologists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to enhance client outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality assessment tools and therapies
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to drive business growth and expansion

What You'll Need

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • 3+ years experience as a Speech Pathologist, preferably in a leadership role
  • Registered with SPA
  • Prior experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (desired)
