About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As a key member of our NDIS division, you will play a critical role in providing clinical support and operational guidance to our team of Speech Pathologists.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to enhance client outcomes
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality assessment tools and therapies
- Collaborate with Regional Managers to drive business growth and expansion
What You'll Need
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- 3+ years experience as a Speech Pathologist, preferably in a leadership role
- Registered with SPA
- Prior experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (desired)
