We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Australia.

Job Description
  • Deliver workplace rehabilitation services that promote optimal health and well-being for individuals.
  • Assess injured workers to determine the best strategies for facilitating their return to work.
  • Provide clinical opinions and justifications through detailed report writing.
  • Case manage complex injuries and coordinate with treating doctors and health professionals.

In addition to rehabilitation services, you will partner with various organizations to deliver pre-employment assessments, develop job dictionaries, perform manual task risk assessments, lead interactive training sessions, and conduct ergonomic assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or rehabilitation counselling.
  • Professional accreditation with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA registration.
  • Experience working within ACC (NZ accident compensation scheme) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
