Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Australia.

Job Description- Deliver workplace rehabilitation services that promote optimal health and well-being for individuals.
- Assess injured workers to determine the best strategies for facilitating their return to work.
- Provide clinical opinions and justifications through detailed report writing.
- Case manage complex injuries and coordinate with treating doctors and health professionals.
In addition to rehabilitation services, you will partner with various organizations to deliver pre-employment assessments, develop job dictionaries, perform manual task risk assessments, lead interactive training sessions, and conduct ergonomic assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or rehabilitation counselling.
- Professional accreditation with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA registration.
- Experience working within ACC (NZ accident compensation scheme) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
- Competitive salary package: $80,000 - $110,000 AUD per annum.
