Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant, Opportunity to Thrive in Australia

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Australia.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a real impact in the lives of individuals and organizations across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality workplace rehabilitation services that promote optimal health and well-being.
- Assess injured workers to determine the best strategies for their return to work.
- Visit workplaces to understand challenges and educate employers on injury prevention.
- Provide clinical opinions and justifications through detailed report writing.
- Case manage complex injuries and coordinate with treating doctors and health professionals.
In addition to rehabilitation services, you will partner with various organizations to deliver a range of other services, including:
- Conducting pre-employment assessments and drug & alcohol testing.
- Developing job dictionaries and performing manual task risk assessments.
- Leading interactive manual handling training and implementing stretching and warm-up programs.
- Conducting ergonomic assessments in workplace, home, and vehicle settings.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or rehabilitation counselling.
- Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA (or ability to obtain).
- Experience working within ACC (NZ accident compensation scheme) or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
