About the Role:

Kinnect, a leading provider of Occupational Health and Workplace Rehabilitation services in Australia, seeks a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join their high-performing teams across the country.

This is an exciting opportunity for OTs to experience living in Australia while expanding their skillset in workplace rehabilitation. The successful candidate will apply their clinical expertise in occupation-centred work, engaging in a variety of services, including ADL (Activities of Daily Living) and VOC (Vocational) assessments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating a safe return to work
  • Assessing injured workers to determine the best way to help them get back to work
  • Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing
  • Case managing complex injuries and liaising with treating doctors and health professionals
