About the Role

As a Lead Clinical Practitioner - Speech Pathology, you will be responsible for managing a small complex clinical caseload in the areas of communication and or swallowing. You will provide clinical support to develop independence when working in a complex NDIS caseload, while being supported by your Regional Manager to provide operational support to your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small complex clinical caseload in the areas of communication and or swallowing
  • Provide clinical support to develop independence when working in a complex NDIS caseload
  • Support the development of appropriate leadership skills through our internal supervision program and Management Mentoring training series
  • Work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth and ORS offices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • 3+ years experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Registered with SPA
  • Prior experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred)
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
