We are looking for a skilled and proactive communicator who is passionate about tourism and dedicated to enhancing guest satisfaction to join our Travel Centre Team as a Customer Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and promptly addressing online feedback and post-visit surveys for all Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary contact for all guest feedback and ensuring that insights are communicated for resolution by the operational teams.
  • Enhancing Voyages revenue by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Executing administrative tasks that facilitate the reservations process and address service-related issues.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5 years of experience in hotel front office, reservations, or a travel-related position.
  • Familiarity with Opera Reservations or Property Management Systems and/or other Hotel Front Office Systems.
  • A solid understanding of hotels and resorts, including their services and amenities.
