Main Responsibilities

To ensure the ongoing connection across the UNSW Accommodation student community, we are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our UNSW Accommodation Operational Team. The Promotion and Engagement Officer will play a key role in the proactive coordination of outreach and engagement with UNSW Colleges and Accommodation residents through the development and implementation of promotional and community outreach communications, activities, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of Accommodation outreach programs and projects, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with UNSW portfolio teams, faculty staff, and external stakeholders, including agents, secondary schools, and scholarship organizations.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars, training, forums, meetings, events, and manage follow-ups and project status reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Colleges and Manager Operations (Accommodation) on program and initiative plans, and manage program and event management systems.
  • Support adherence to UNSW governance pathways and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to programs and initiatives.
