At GOW Recruitment, we're seeking a highly skilled and organized Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and coordinating events that bring our community together.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Welcoming: Greet and welcome members and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, including answering calls, responding to inquiries, and handling mail and deliveries.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and promote a variety of events, from networking sessions and workshops to social gatherings.
  • Logistics and Setup: Assist with the planning and execution of events, including setup, breakdown, and ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
  • Meeting Room Bookings: Manage meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are prepared for use.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day operations.
  • Community Atmosphere: Foster a positive and engaging community atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a reception, hospitality, or event coordination role is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
