About This Role:

This position is a key part of the Westpac Group team, responsible for supporting the execution of customer and broker events that improve customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager, Customer Advocacy, to deliver insights, reports, collateral, and content for Business Banking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of insights, reports, collateral, and content for Business Banking customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business on events, sponsorships, and reporting from initial concept to delivery.
  • Execute and track outcomes of local marketing activities and events, ensuring they are positioned appropriately and managed effectively.
  • Develop innovative, strategic ideas for Commercial Bank event themes, topics, and client-centric needs.

What You'll Need:

  • A background or degree in marketing, communications, event management, or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Adobe or similar products.
  • Experience with an agency is preferred.
  • A passion for creating amazing and unique customer experiences.
  • The willingness to travel within Australia for events.
