Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with Country & Creative Leads across 20 locations to guide, support, and educate them on talent acquisition strategies.

This role will find you responsible for finding the best creative talent across APAC, Europe, Middle East, and LATAM, developing meaningful relationships with internal partners, and owning the contingent workforce hiring efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing: Developing innovative sourcing strategies to deliver top talent into design teams.
  • Partnering with internal hiring leads: Working closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of each role and empowering them on high standards of hiring within the contractor and freelancer recruitment space.
  • Data-motivated and solution-orientated: Improving our hiring process with a data-first approach and driving better processes, experiences, and clarity.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in fast-paced recruitment roles and a successful track record of hiring top design, creative, or marketing talent.
  • A love and understanding of culture, language, and awareness of cross-cultural differences.
  • Experience in building out hiring processes from scratch, working with teams that are hiring for the first time, and using strategic thinking to build collaborative partnerships.
