**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer requests, proactively managing and reviewing the portfolio of customers allocated. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, identifying business potential, and maximising client renewal while optimising margins.

This role requires strong organisational and prioritisation skills, effective communication, critical analysis, and proficient Microsoft Office skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage customer portfolios to deliver professional fleet management services and resolve client requests efficiently.

• Proactively capture business potential, maximise client renewal, and optimise margins.

• Review customer fleets through effective reporting, identify exceptions, and address them by managing key reports such as invalid odometer readings, utilisation reports, and surplus vehicle reporting.

• Prepare quotations within specified turnaround times and ensure follow-through and recording via won/lost business templates with outcomes.

• Proactively manage future vehicle terminations and restructures consistent with best practice fleet management.

• Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs, seeking revenue growth opportunities, including fee uplift, and introducing and maintaining 'client strategy' documents.
