Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team in Australia, the UK or NZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing a portfolio of customers to drive business growth and renewal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, providing proactive and professional fleet management services to meet their needs and expectations;
  • Capture business opportunities and maximize client renewal, while optimizing margins and costs;
  • Review and analyze customer fleets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to add value to the relationship;
  • Prepare quotations and ensure follow-through on won/lost business outcomes;
  • Proactively manage future vehicle terminations and restructures, ensuring best-practice fleet management;
  • Build rapport with clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet specified deadlines and report regularly on progress;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and resolve complex issues;
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

About the Role
