Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team at Sg Fleet Australia Pty Ltd, a leading financial services company specialising in fleet management, vehicle leasing and salary packaging.

About Us:

We have a presence across Australia, the UK and NZ, with a total portfolio under management of $2.5 Billion and over 1200 employees.

Salary:$85,000 - $115,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver B2B and B2C digital experiences that meet user needs and expectations.
  • Work closely with department heads, solution delivery, marketing, voice of customer and technical leads to drive UX design best practice.
  • Build deliverables such as user journey maps, user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, usability reports.
  • Advocate for Human Centred Design methods to further a customer centric culture.
  • Participate in workshops and thought leadership activities across the company to help define user experience strategies and solutions.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards alongside management of SG Fleet's digital design system.
  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems and integrate design system elements.
Requirements:
  • Experience as Product designer, UX/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Proficient in Figma using and supporting design systems.
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies.
  • Able to champion inclusivity and create designs that meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Effective communication skills to drive customer first design principles.
  • Qualification in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, UX / UI design or related discipline.
