This role plays a pivotal part in establishing a harmonious, supportive, and efficient school environment.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for School operations and collaborate with the School leadership team to achieve goals.
- Manage all front office inquiries, answer and direct phone calls, assist students and parents, offer a wide range of administrative support to the Executive Team, and oversee the school management system.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a school setting, communicate clearly and empathetically, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, work confidently and independently, and contribute positively to the school culture. Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential, as is the capacity to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
