
Front Office Supervisor

The role of a Night Manager is a vital component of the Front Office team.
This position involves ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. Key responsibilities include managing the night audit process, maintaining accurate records, and delivering high-quality guest service.
- Manage the night audit process, including cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain accurate records, including guest information and financial data.
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding to requests and resolving issues promptly.
Additional duties may include:
- Managing the Front Office team, scheduling, and training staff.
- Coordinating with other departments for seamless operations.
- Resolving guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
Key requirements include previous management experience in hospitality, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and high school diploma or equivalent.
