Senior Agricultural Sales Director

A highly skilled sales leader is sought to drive revenue growth in the agricultural market. This leadership role will focus on developing strategic partnerships with key clients and leading a geographically diverse sales team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record of sales success in agchem markets
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies
This role requires travel as needed within Australia and internationally for conferences, supplier visits, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing annual sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Distribution
- Fostering a culture of excellence within the sales team
